Australia - It takes 4-11 business days after order processing (in some cases faster)
New Zealand - It takes 7-9 business days after order processing (in some cases faster)
Other countries: 13 to 20 business days. Delivery to remote areas may take up to 28 days.

Please return to your original Order Confirmation email and click "View Order" to locate the tracking number. When you click on the tracking number, it will display the most recent tracking update for your parcel.
You will also receive a Tracking Update email with the same tracking number within 2 business days.
